THE RULES OF THE LUCKY DUCK RAFFLE

1. By entering the Raffle, individuals (“players”) agree to be bound by these rules.
2. You agree to send Lucky Duck Raffles a picture of yourself with your winners certificate (which we will provide) and accept that this must be provided before you are sent the prize.
3. You represent and agree that;

• a) You are 16 years of age or over.
• b) You will not buy or purport to buy an entry to this Raffle on behalf of anybody under the age of 16.
• c) You will provide accurate entry information, including your name, personal address and email address and accept that it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes as soon as they arise.

6. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the Promoter your representations under paragraphs 5 (a), (b)and (c) above.
7. You accept that in certain circumstances we may be unable to provide refunds or replacements once you have purchased your Raffle draw entries.
8. The prizes for the Raffle draw are presented on promotional materials and advertised on the Lucky Duck Raffles website (luckyduckraffles.com). There are no alternatives to any prize and no interest is payable. Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 56 days of receiving a picture of the winner with their winners certificate (as stated in section 2).
9. Any duplicate entries for free raffle draws will be removed.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes at any time. Any such changes will be published on the Raffle Website at least one month prior to a change being made.
11. The cost of each entry is as advertised on the Raffle Website. Players may purchase more than one entry and payment must be made in advance by one of the methods permitted. 
12. The Promoter may (without giving any reason or notice at its absolute discretion) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing purchase, or terminate or suspend the Raffle scheme.
13. In the event of insolvency, funds are not protected.
14. The Promoter will conduct the Raffle draw within 7 days of all tickets available being sold or the draw deadline arrives, whichever is sooner. The volume of tickets available in the draw and the draws deadline is provided on the Raffle Website. The draw will be made utilising 3rd party Random Winner Selector (RWS) software. If for any reason a draw cannot take place because of reasons beyond our control, such as a loss of electricity supply, action will be taken to remedy the situation in line with business continuity plans and the draw will take place as soon as possible.
15. The winning entry will be available on the Raffle Website and available within in 28 days of the draw.
16. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in bank payments.
18. Cheques sent to winners are valid for a period of 6 months following the draw date. Cheques not presented to a bank within 6 months of a winning draw will be treated as a donation to the elected Charity.
19. Participants are encouraged to play sensibly. 
20. The Lucky Duck Raffle entry age of play is 16 years and older. In the event of someone under the age of 16 winning a prize, the stake will be returned, and the prize withdrawn.
21. Employees or family members of the promoter may not participate in this competition.
22. The Promoter’s decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
